******************************************************************* *** *** *** Laser Diode L-I-V Sweep Test Demo *** *** *** ******************************************************************* Version 1.0.0.0 (A01) This demo is intended to be an example of how to use a Keithley 2420 and two channels of the keithley 2500 to perform an L-I-V sweep test on a laser diode module. In order to use this example with other keithley 24xx instruments the user may need to change the voltage range accordingly. A Trigger Link Cable is required, to be connected between the 2500 and the 2400 for this example to work correctly. Keithley 2510 TEC SourceMeter is required for the Temperature control. In Model 2510.vi, Temperature Tracking and Module power are Turned "ON" by default. The Tempearture tracking and Module Power can be turned off by releasing the temperature tracking and Module Power button respectively. However, inorder to turn the Temperature Tracking back ON the user needs to depress the Temperature Tracking button and rerun the Model 2510.vi by clicking on Temperature Control button in the LIV Master panel.vi Inorder for this example to work correctly the user needs to download Keithley 24xx, 2500 and 2510 drivers on his\her machine.
